By enrolling, you agree to attend regularly, pay fees on time, respect intellectual property, and follow the code of conduct. Refunds follow a tiered schedule (90% within 7 days, 50% within 30 days). The Institute may modify terms with notice and terminate enrollment for violations.
By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in any course offered by Prime Academy ("Institute," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prime Academy. Please read them carefully before proceeding with enrollment or using our website.
Students must be at least 15 years of age. Minors require parental or guardian consent for enrollment.
Students must meet the minimum academic criteria specified for each course (typically 10th/12th pass or equivalent).
Students must provide valid identification, academic records, and other documents as required during admission.
Our courses are primarily designed for students residing in India. NRI students may enroll subject to additional terms.
Admission to any course at the Institute is subject to availability of seats, eligibility criteria, and successful completion of the admission process including the entrance test (PAT) where applicable.
The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission.
All fees are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹) and must be paid by the specified due dates. The Institute accepts payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and approved EMI options.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee must be paid at the time of enrollment.
Course fees are payable as per the selected payment plan (full, semester, or monthly EMI).
A penalty of ₹500 per week may be charged for overdue payments beyond the grace period.
The Institute reserves the right to revise fees with 30 days prior notice. Enrolled students are unaffected for the current term.
Full refund minus processing charges if withdrawal request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment.
Half refund applicable if the student withdraws within 8 to 30 days of enrollment.
No refund will be issued for withdrawal requests submitted after 30 days of enrollment.
The Institute offers structured courses for competitive exam preparation. Course content, schedules, faculty assignments, and batch timings are determined by the Institute and may be modified as needed to maintain quality.
Students are expected to attend a minimum of 75% of scheduled classes. Students falling below this threshold may face academic review and potential course termination without refund.
All study materials, lecture notes, video content, test papers, question banks, software, and digital resources provided by Prime Academy are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of the Institute.
Students must not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty.
Students must behave respectfully towards faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
Students are responsible for any damage caused to Institute property, including library books, lab equipment, and furniture.
Regular attendance is mandatory. Prolonged absence without prior approval may result in de-enrollment.
Students must keep their contact information updated and respond to official communications promptly.
Our website is provided for informational and educational purposes. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the website's functionality.
We reserve the right to restrict access to certain areas of the website, or the entire website, at our discretion. Any user IDs, passwords, or credentials provided to you are confidential and must not be shared.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Institute during the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
The Institute reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student's enrollment for violation of these Terms, academic misconduct, non-payment of fees, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the Institute's reputation or operations.
Prime Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Modified" date.
Continued enrollment or use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
